Account details (name, email, phone), creator profile information (city, languages, category, social handles and publicly reported audience statistics), campaign and task activity, submitted content links, and — where you choose to provide them for payment — tax and bank details.
To operate your account, match creators to campaigns, manage deliverables and approvals, report performance to the brands funding a campaign, and make payments.
If you connect a social account, we request only the permissions needed to read your profile and content metrics through that platform’s official API. You can disconnect at any time from your Social Accounts page, which stops any further sync.
Brands see the creators and content attached to their own campaigns. Service providers (email, messaging and payment providers) process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
We keep records for as long as needed to run campaigns and meet tax and accounting obligations. Access is restricted by role, sensitive fields are masked in the interface, and every access-controlled action is logged.
